Residential pest control is our core work: protecting Dallas–Fort Worth homes from the pests the region throws at them nearly year-round. Because North Texas doesn't get a true winter pest break, one-off treatment rarely holds — which is why quarterly protection is the DFW standard for most homes.
What a residential plan covers
A standard plan protects against the common DFW pests — ants, roaches, spiders, and seasonal invaders — with exterior-first treatment (so you usually don't need to be home) and interior treatment when needed. Where we go further than most home plans is rodents: we identify the species, inspect for entry points, and offer exclusion rather than just leaving bait.
Built around your home
An older Lakewood or Oak Cliff home with aging foundation seals faces different pressure than a new-build Frisco home with brick weep holes. We tailor the plan to your home's age and construction, not a generic checklist.
Family- and pet-conscious
Treatments are applied by TDA-licensed technicians following product-specific safety protocols. Tell us about infants, pregnancy, pets or sensitivities and we'll adjust — more baiting, more exterior focus, or eco-friendly options. Texas law requires we provide a product list on request; we name active ingredients without being asked.
Plans & pricing
Quarterly plans run $100–$200 per visit; one-time treatments $100–$600 (avg ~$175). Recurring plans include re-service if pests return between visits. See the full pricing pillar.
