Areas We Serve Across DFW

Pest pressure across DFW isn't uniform. We split our area pages by housing-stock character — older foundations vs new-build weep holes — because the problems genuinely differ.

DFW neighborhood homes representing the metroplex service area

Pest pressure across Dallas–Fort Worth isn't uniform, and treating every neighborhood the same is one of the biggest gaps in how most companies work. A 1950s home in Oak Cliff and a new-build in Frisco face genuinely different problems — different entry points, different construction, different risks. So we build our area coverage around housing-stock character, not just city names on a map.

The two patterns that define DFW pest control

Older housing stock

Neighborhoods like Lakewood, Oak Cliff and East Dallas have decades-old foundations, aging exterior seals, and more ground-level rodent entry points. Older wiring also raises the stakes on the fire-risk side of a rodent problem.

New-build construction

Growth corridors like Frisco, Plano and McKinney are dominated by brick-veneer construction with regularly spaced weep holes — a common, commonly-missed entry point in homes that otherwise look perfectly sealed. Displaced rodents from newly developed land often head straight for the new houses.

These are the areas we serve most often, not a hard boundary. We cover the greater DFW metroplex.
